Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Analyze configuration and network data to suggest improvements
• Reproduce customer environments for effective problem resolution
• Consult documentation for existing problems and solutions
• Follow up on cases and manage customer expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in a technical support or relevant role
• A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred
• Deep knowledge of operating systems like Windows, OSX, Linux
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP protocols and networking technologies
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and effective communication
