Position: House of Commons IT Junior Analyst Role
Join the House of Commons as an IT Junior Analyst, focusing on Identity and Access Management delivery. Collaborate on-site to strengthen the security and reliability of digital services.

This position is designed for a Junior Analyst interested in IT Product Delivery Operations. You will support IAM services by maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Four days a week on-site presence fosters collaborative opportunities while ensuring system stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of IAM services in a dynamic environment

• Administer user and access management in Active Directory

• Assist in maintaining Microsoft Exchange and Entra

• Engage in operational maintenance and continuous improvement

• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related incidents effectively

Requirements:

• Degree from a college or technical institute in IT

• Proven experience in support of IAM services

• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra

• Understanding of authentication and access provisioning processes

• Aptitude for troubleshooting identity management issues
