Senior Deskside Support Engineer

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in deskside support, offering you the chance to lead technical initiatives and provide top-notch user support. With the need for effective troubleshooting and strong customer interaction, you'll be on the front line of IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute advanced break-fix solutions for PCs and servers
• Manage hardware rollouts and coordinate installation activities
• Facilitate software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Provide expert 2nd level Help Desk support to users
• Communicate with the National Dispatch Center for issue management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in deskside support and IMAC processes
• A+ certification and one certification from Cisco or Microsoft
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and network configurations
• Proven ability to lead teams and projects
• Diploma in IT or related discipline
