As a key player in IT support, you will handle helpdesk operations, ensuring prompt resolution of every request. You'll assist users with software and hardware issues while facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. Your expertise in systems management will be essential as you maintain and monitor various operating systems, fulfilling critical needs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary contact for IT helpdesk operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory
• Create documentation for IT processes and configurations
• Monitor Windows OS and Office 365 environments
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of Linux systems and command-line administration
• Strong diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Fluent in English for effective communication
