Web and Email Officer at CHEO

Become the digital voice for the CHEO Foundation as a Web and Email Officer. This full-time hybrid role focuses on maintaining engaging web content and effective email campaigns.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting CHEO Foundation’s website and email marketing strategies. You will ensure web content is accurate and compliant, manage email distributions, and analyze campaign performances. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to align with brand and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and publish content on the foundation’s website

• Create and schedule email campaigns using marketing tools

• Optimize images and metadata for improved SEO

• Monitor website functionalities and troubleshoot issues

• Compile and report on email performance metrics

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in communications or marketing

• 2–5 years of relevant digital communication experience

• Familiarity with content management and email tools

• Understanding of HTML and SEO best practices

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
