As a Product Testing Specialist, you'll be responsible for pre-release testing, collaborating with developers, and ensuring that all products perform optimally. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent support for all customer queries
• Document and track all customer interactions meticulously

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
• 2+ years experience in technical support roles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Windows OS

• Effective communication skills in English
