As a key member of the North American Service Delivery Group, your role involves ensuring cloud instances remain secure, reliable, and highly available. You will implement automation and security measures while providing technical support to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure IT systems and networks

• Enhance automation processes to reduce manual tasks

• Monitor and tune system performance

• Implement security measures against unauthorized access

• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

• 4-7 years in system administration/cloud operations

• Expertise in Azure, AWS, Linux, and cloud technologies

• Familiarity with Dev Ops and automation frameworks

• Knowledge of security practices and protocols
