This full-time role in Ottawa offers the chance to engage in ITSM Problem Management while assisting with the installation and configuration of various hardware and software. You will play a key role in maintaining CIHI’s equipment and ensuring smooth operations across its systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond effectively to incidents and service requests
• Assist with the installation of laptops, tablets, and software
• Maintain and manage IT inventory securely
• Support documentation of operational procedures
• Collaborate with teams on problem management initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1 year of desktop support experience
• Familiarity with Windows hardware/software configurations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• ITIL knowledge is beneficial
