Help transform industries at Larus as an Agile Operations & Jira Specialist in a hybrid role based in Ottawa. Your skills will optimize workflows and improve project delivery across the organization.

This full-time position requires a deep understanding of Jira and Agile principles, with at least 3 years in relevant roles. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project timelines and resource allocation align with organizational goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration and optimization of Jira

• Create and uphold backlogs and sprint standards

• Facilitate effective resource and capacity planning

• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and enhance performance

• Monitor team delivery and track project metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years' Jira administration experience

• Strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban frameworks

• Excellent communication and coaching ability

• Experience with complex project management

• Eligibility for Canadian Government security clearance
