As our CLM Administrator, you will manage the configuration and user enablement of our advanced Contract Lifecycle Management system. With a responsibility spanning various functions, your role will promote cross-team collaboration between Legal, Finance, and IT departments. Your experience in managing complex workflows will be integral in refining our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily health and governance of the CLM platform

• Design approval routing and automated clause management

• Support the full lifecycle from contract intake to execution

• Facilitate collaboration with internal business units

• Mentor junior staff in digital project methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4+ years of CLM system experience

• Ability to simplify complex legal workflows

• Experience with contract negotiations and drafting

• Proficiency with MS Word and Adobe
