Business Application Analyst at EDC

Drive digital solutions at Export Development Canada as a Business Application Support Analyst. This hybrid role (two to three office days) demands ITIL expertise and critical thinking for enterprise application support.

The Business Application Support Analyst reports directly to the Director of Application Operations using on enhancing application stability, you will work closely with product owners to analyze and validate findings that lead to actionable recommendations. The position requires translating complex user needs into Agile stories while maintaining thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion ITIL processes across applications

• Quickly learn and apply new digital technologies

• Convert business requirements into Agile stories

• Propose actionable solutions via data analysis

• Collaborate with teams on application deployments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise application support

• Strong ITIL process application experience

• Proven skills in documenting and communicating

• Ability to manage competing requests effectively
