Responsibilities- Advise on the development of an intelligence data management ecosystem
- Support the evolution of workflows and data flows related to governance, standards, and compliance
- Provide research and requirements gathering support for future capability development
- Contribute to the design and development of operating concepts, doctrine, training, development strategies, and implementation plans
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and implementation of enterprise intelligence capabilities
- Collaborate with internal staff across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains to refine foundational document requirements
- Participate in internal and external working groups and discussions with partner organizations
- Assist with the preparation, review, update, and implementation of concepts, policies, doctrine, technical standards, analytics, knowledge graphs, training, and briefings
- Review and validate current and emerging concepts, applications, and implementations related to intelligence capabilities
- Develop policy, standards, and procedure updates, along with briefing materials, position papers, speaking notes, and presentations
- Participate in appropriate meetings and support related activities as required
- 4+ years of experience developing operational intelligence support, data processes, business analytics and related capabilities
- Experience leading and managing exercises, trials, experiments or events
- Experience advising and supporting development of intelligence data ecosystems
- Experience conducting research, requirements gathering and capability design
- Experience developing concepts, policies, doctrine, standards, and training materials
- Experience reviewing and validating intelligence concepts and implementations
- Experience developing briefing materials, position papers and presentations
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and working groups
