Key Responsibilities:

• Organize training sessions for staff on system usage

• Drive the efficiency of incident management processes

• Keep clients informed on service requests and outages

• Manage incidents and maintain updated tracking systems

• Produce reports to enhance service quality

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise systems

• Knowledge of programming and operating system principles

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
