Data Platform Systems Analyst Azure

Optimize enterprise data platforms as a Systems Analyst focusing on Azure technologies for our telecommunications client. With a hybrid model, you'll deliver on initiatives for analytics and governance.

Our client seeks a Systems Analyst with over 10 years’ experience specializing in Data Platform Engineering. You will leverage Azure Databricks and Microsoft Purview to design and support robust data solutions. This position also requires expertise in SQL Server and Azure SQL Database management and administration to enhance operational excellence and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy data pipelines with Azure Databricks

• Optimize ETL/ELT processes using Spark and Delta Lake

• Implement data governance capabilities with Microsoft Purview

• Administer enterprise databases and monitor performance

• Collaborate on enterprise data architecture and roadmaps

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Data Platform Engineering

• 3+ years with Azure Databricks in enterprise

• 2+ years administering Microsoft Purview

• Proficient in SQL, Spark, and Py Spark

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
