NTT DATA is in search of a Technical Project Manager to oversee Oracle Cloud PLM implementations for the Pharmaceutical industry. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end delivery along with stakeholder engagement, risk management, and solution governance. Candidates must possess expertise in Oracle Cloud, project management methodologies, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Cloud PLM implementation and project scope

• Develop project plans and governance frameworks

• Facilitate status reviews and steering committee meetings

• Oversee data migration and user adoption initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement and solution performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT discipline

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ in Oracle PLM

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
