Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support to Engineering teams

• Maintain lab infrastructure and operational readiness

• Execute inventory control and asset management

• Administer documentation systems and tools

• Configure virtual machines in a VMware ESXi environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• 0-2 years of relevant technical experience

• 1+ year of fiber optic transport operations

• Knowledge of Layer 1, 2, and 3 networking protocols

• Experience with OTN/SONET troubleshooting techniques
