In this full-time Intermediate Technician role, you will offer crucial assistance for audiovisual and educational tools used across campus. Your responsibilities involve diagnostic services, equipment installations, and proactive client support. Engaging with faculty and students, you will ensure every technology works efficiently to enhance their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for audio conferencing and videoconferencing equipment

• Install multimedia equipment and manage cabling infrastructure

• Ensure timely response during technical issues in classrooms

• Maintain security and performance of educational technologies

• Program and test audiovisual equipment settings

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in technical support

• A+ Certification or commitment to acquire it

• Extensive knowledge of educational technology

• Fluent in English and French

• Ability to handle equipment weighing up to 20kg
