Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain reliability standards for Solace Cloud services

• Design automation and observability systems for efficiency

• Manage and resolve production incidents effectively

• Support customer needs and drive resolution of technical issues

• Provide on-call support for critical situations

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Skilled in Linux, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools

• Experience with automation tools like Terraform

• Strong competency in programming (Python, Groovy, Go)

• Certified Kubernetes and Cloud Administrator qualifications
