Bilingual Partner Management Specialist

In the IT Performance and Partnership team, this role focuses on managing technology partners and third-party vendors. You will help develop and implement processes that align vendor management with CMHC's strategic objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring technology services support CMHC’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large technology partner contracts and transitions

• Develop and communicate service expectations and policies

• Align IT operations with CMHC requirements

• Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework

• Liaise effectively between IT and vendors

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum five years of vendor management experience

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication in English and French

• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities
