KRAFTON is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to support the Eleventh Hour Games team. In this embedded role, you will assist with workstation administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main IT support for EHG personnel
• Provide technical support for various operating systems
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle records
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with KA IT for broader support needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 3+ years of IT or desktop support experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory and network principles
• Familiarity with PC and device management tools
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
