Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements from various departments and document them

• Distinguish between business needs and system capabilities

• Create detailed documentation for user stories and configurations

• Design solutions in collaboration with IT teams

• Participate in Agile backlog management and testing

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• 3–5 years of Salesforce-related experience

• Proven skills in process mapping and analysis

• Knowledge of data validation and governance

• Bilingualism in French and English highly preferred
