Join our client as an SAP Success Factors Consultant focused on post-implementation support and process optimization for a July deployment. Engage with business users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective operational transitions.

This experienced consultant role requires a seasoned professional with over five years of SAP Success Factors expertise, specifically in Employee Central, Learning Management Systems, and Onboarding. You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to facilitate user support, issue resolution, and documentation while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support post-SAP Success Factors go-live

• Troubleshoot issues across key Success Factors modules

• Collaborate on stabilization activities with stakeholders

• Assist business users with system functionality and guidance

• Identify process optimization opportunities

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of SAP Success Factors experience

• Hands-on skills in Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Experience in public sector or large enterprises

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
