Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or related field
• 7+ years in Technical Writing or Knowledge Management
• Experience with complex hardware/software documentation
• Familiarity with AI platforms and RAG concepts
• Understanding of networking and cloud concepts
