Enhance network operations with US Tech Solutions as a Senior Network Support Specialist for a 24-month contract. Focus on troubleshooting and ensuring system performance and reliability.
In this critical role, you will use over five years of experience in network management to support operational teams. Your expertise with Cisco equipment and Clienture Cloud Networking will drive improvements and solve complex issues. You will analyze solutions, validate production deployments, and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex cross-functional technical issues promptly
• Participate in testing for production deployment validation
• Analyze and simplify current solutions environments
• Define and implement upgrades addressing operational challenges
• Support problem troubleshooting in production and non-production environments
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in testing, operations, or integration
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and APIC platforms
• Knowledge of Clienture Cloud Networking
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• University degree in IT, computer science, or related field
