Position: Technical Business Analyst for Salesforce Ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders

• Document user stories and process flows effectively

• Support solution design with Salesforce teams

• Ensure data requirements and validation rules are met

• Conduct testing to validate enhancements and integrations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Salesforce certifications are an asset
