In this key role, you'll emphasize stakeholder engagement and effective communication while managing product backlogs and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Strong leadership in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team coordination is paramount for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize key features
• Track team velocity and report on delivery metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Support and guide cross-functional teams in project execution
Requirements:
• 5–10 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Proficient in Agile management tools like Jira
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality and detail-oriented work
