Position: Data Quality Assurance Specialist Role
Join CMHC as a Data Quality Assurance Specialist with a focus on analytics and performance measurement across Canada. This role involves driving data insights and supporting strategic initiatives through accurate reporting.

As a part of the Homeowner Operations Monitoring and Reporting team, this specialist position is temporary until September 2027. You'll spearhead insightful data analysis, ensuring the highest quality standards for reporting. Your expertise will engage various business units, helping to develop relevant performance measures while maintaining data integrity and oversight of KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct insightful analysis to address performance changes

• Lead interactions to develop appropriate performance targets

• Provide analytical support for report creation

• Oversee data quality and address integrity issues

• Champion the continuous improvement of KPI standards

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, IT, or commerce

• Five years of experience in data reporting

• Advanced technical skills in data manipulation tools

• Understanding of CMHC’s mandate and regulatory context

• Proven project management and analytical skills
