Join Maplesoft Group as a Senior Network Support Specialist, working in a hybrid model from Ottawa. Leverage your Cisco technology skills to support Federal Government client requirements.
This role focuses on providing advanced network operations and improvements, ensuring high availability and security of network services. Successful candidates will have experience with Cisco equipment, Azure Cloud Networking, and IT operations challenges. Your technical proficiency will help in resolving complex issues and in executing network upgrades effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support operational teams with ever greening and improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across functions
• Participate in production deployment testing and validation
• Identify and simplify deficiencies in solutions
• Implement necessary upgrades to enhance network performance
Requirements:
• University or college degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years in network operations and management
• Proficiency with Cisco Nexus and APIC
• Experience with Azure Cloud Networking principles
• Familiarity with continuous integration and Agile approaches
