Lead innovative operational systems as the Automation and Intelligence Manager us on AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance brand and marketing operations.
As Automation and Intelligence Manager, you will drive efficiency for YPO's Global Brand, Marketing & Communications department. This pivotal role requires expertise in intelligent automation, data analytics, and systems integration. Collaborate with leadership to translate emerging technologies into practical solutions that will streamline processes and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain automations using Workato and other platforms
• Integrate marketing systems for improved data flow
• Develop documentation and governance for integrations
• Identify and automate repetitive processes
• Create and enhance AI-powered tools and workflows
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in marketing or business operations
• Experience with workflow automations and AI solutions
• Strong data visualization and analysis skills
• Project management expertise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
