Transform enterprise technical writing as a Senior Technical Writer & Knowledge Architect. Spearhead the modernization of documentation for complex communications and cloud platforms that enhance engineering support.
In this role, you will lead the modernization of enterprise technical documentation, collaborating with multiple engineering teams. You will ensure that documentation is structured and searchable, supporting multiple user groups, including engineers and customers. Your strategic vision will drive the development of a centralized knowledge base and enhance knowledge management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for various platforms
• Audit existing technical content for accuracy and relevance
• Establish documentation governance and standards
• Optimize documentation for AI and semantic search
• Facilitate training through effective documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Technical Communications or similar field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability in documenting complex systems
• Experience with structured authoring techniques
• Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
