Join CMHC as an Agile Scrum Master Associate and enhance team collaboration through effective Scrum practices. This temporary role focuses on improving delivery and continuous growth.
In the Business Solutions Engineering team, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies while supporting Agile methodologies. Your responsibilities include identifying and removing impediments, monitoring team KPIs, and preparing concise performance summaries. You'll engage closely with both the team and a Senior Scrum Master for high-impact resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Engage team members in open, productive communication
• Track and resolve blockers impacting team performance
• Collaborate with senior roles on complex issues
• Analyze KPIs and share insights to drive improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• At least three years experience in Agile environments
• Certification in Scrum methodologies
• Solid grasp of Scrum principles and KPIs
• Strong communication and people skills
