Hybrid Associate Scrum Master at CMHC

This temporary full-time position is within the Business Solutions Engineering team. You will help drive Agile practices by promoting collaboration and continuous improvement while supporting team performance. Ideal candidates have strong Scrum knowledge and experience, as well as the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members

• Identify and track impediments affecting delivery

• Escalate complex impediments to senior roles for resolution

• Collect and monitor team-level KPIs and prepare summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years practicing Agile in IT solutions

• Certification in Scrum methodologies

• Strong understanding of Scrum ceremonies and objectives

• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement
