Scrum Master Driving Agile Delivery

As a proactive Scrum Master, you will facilitate critical agile ceremonies and coach teams on effective Scrum practices.
Your role will involve collaborating with Product Owners to ensure prioritized and clearly defined work. You will help navigate complexities and promote self-organization and accountability within teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Partner with stakeholders to manage project backlogs
• Remove distractions to ensure team focus
• Coach teams on Agile values and practices
• Generate reports on delivery health and team performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant Agile certification preferred
• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT environments
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile principles
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
Support successful agile initiatives by driving team collaboration and delivering on organizational goals as a Scrum Master.
