Take on a critical role at US Tech Solutions as a CRM Development Specialist for a 12-month contract. Use your skill set in Dynamics 365 and compliance to meet diverse client needs.
As a specialist, you will engage in the development and enhancement of the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. Building relationships with internal and external clients will be crucial, as will your capacity to perform root-cause analyses and develop technical recommendations. Your focus on documentation and process improvement will significantly enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications
• Analyze business needs and implement relevant enhancements
• Maintain partnerships with clients and external stakeholders
• Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting
• Document processes and populate knowledge databases
Requirements:
• University degree or computer science diploma
• At least five years of experience with Dynamics 365/CRM
• Proficient in JavaScript and C# development
• Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework
• Proficient in Power Shell and source control systems
