The Senior Advisor, IT Change Management role is critical for overseeing change processes within CATSA's Technology branch. You will leverage your experience with ITIL and COBIT frameworks to define and manage the governance necessary for effective IT service changes while ensuring compliance with audit regulations. This position requires strong expertise in change management, IT service management, and project governance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT Change Management process

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and guidelines

• Oversee Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities

• Monitor and review IT Service Management tickets

• Create reports for IT Management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in relevant field

• 5-7 years of IT experience, 3 years in change management

• Experience in audit-regulated environments

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks

• Proven client service and stakeholder communication skills
