Corporate Systems Engineer

Be the IT face of Dominion Dynamics in Ottawa as a Corporate Systems Engineer, supporting R&D teams with vital IT operations. Ensure seamless productivity through endpoint management and networking solutions.

In this on-site role, you will provide IT support within a fast-moving research and development environment. As the primary IT presence, your responsibilities will include managing networks, administering collaboration tools, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You'll closely collaborate with the Security Engineering team to maintain efficient security measures and ensure that systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues

• Manage endpoint and identity administration systems efficiently

• Administer productivity tools and coordinate ticketing support

• Oversee the site’s networking and conference room AV systems

• Maintain IT documentation and run IT asset lifecycle processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience

• Hands-on with MDM and user-life-cycle administration

• Strong knowledge in networking, switching, and troubleshooting

• Excellent customer service skills in end-user support

• Self-directed with a background in macOS environments
