Key Responsibilities:

• Support design and configuration of Oracle HCM modules

• Gather business requirements and create functional designs

• Assist in workshops and solution demonstrations

• Work with Core HR and Payroll teams for integrated solutions

• Conduct testing activities including SIT and UAT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• 2–5 years of experience with Oracle HCM

• Strong functional understanding of talent processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Bilingual in English for global communications
