Inuit Data Advisor

Under the direction of the Manager, Research, the Data Advisor ensures Inuit access and control over data. This position requires skills in data analysis, information management, and research project delivery. You will develop plans, manage data initiatives, and engage with Inuit organizations to enhance governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage work plans for data projects
• Implement the National Inuit Data Strategy
• Conduct data analysis and maintain inventories
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data governance
• Create high-quality reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field
• Minimum three years in data analysis or information management
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of data governance protocols
