• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, ensuring all perspectives are considered in the decision-making process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories, to support project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Assist in the testing of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and function as intended.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize new systems effectively and efficiently.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions that can enhance our technical capabilities.
• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations are seamless and meet business needs.
• Support the continuous improvement of business processes through data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on technical systems and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, with a strong ability to translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

• Experience with specific technical systems or platforms relevant to our industry, such as CRM or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to present complex data in an accessible manner.
• Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) to facilitate technical discussions with development teams.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
