In this position, you will deliver first and second-level IT support while managing service requests efficiently. With 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure field support, you will tackle both routine and complex technical issues. Constant communication with users and team members is crucial to resolve problems promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues accurately
• Monitor and resolve support tickets effectively
• Escalate technical issues when necessary
• Perform intermediate-to-advanced desktop support
• Update Service Now and knowledge base regularly
Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT support experience required
• A+ certification and one Cisco or Microsoft certification
• Proficient in Windows 10, Windows 11, and O365
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
