Security Assessment Specialist

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) within Government departments. This position entails interpreting security controls for cloud-native solutions, particularly Kubernetes, and engaging with technical teams for effective system understanding. The role requires a strong grasp of security frameworks to create compliant ATO documentation that meets strict government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SA&A and ATO documentation development for cloud environments

• Document security controls for Kubernetes-based architectures

• Collaborate with technical teams on system design and security posture

• Translate technical details into structured, compliant documentation

• Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SA&A within Government sectors

• Deep understanding of GC security frameworks

• Experience with Threat and Risk Assessments
