Agile Delivery Specialist

In this role, you will utilize your Agile expertise to drive the development of Agile capabilities, ensuring that principles and practices are followed diligently. With at least five years of experience in IT, you will assist in scrum meetings, manage sprints, and help report on key metrics weekly, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop broad Agile capabilities across the team
• Drive measurable improvements and eliminate impediments
• Facilitate daily scrum and sprint planning sessions
• Support leaders with effective pipeline management
• Assist in stakeholder management and presentations
Requirements:
• Minimum five years as an Agile Specialist in IT
• Experience with Agile software code release teams
• University degree or college diploma in computer science
• Preferred:
Certification in Scrum Master methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with COTS applications delivery
