Join the Business Solutions Engineering team to help facilitate Scrum ceremonies and improve team dynamics. You'll track performance indicators, handle impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Close collaboration with a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach will be crucial for escalated challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and ensure clear objectives
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams
• Identify and address impediments in project delivery
• Coordinate with Senior Scrum Master for complex issues
• Gather and analyze team performance indicators
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of Agile experience in IT delivery
• Valid Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I)
• Understanding of Agile practices and Scrum dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and adaptability
