Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage Deployment Specialists and Managers effectively

• Establish delivery standards and documentation practices

• Manage scheduling and capacity planning for the team

• Identify and implement improvements in delivery processes

• Act as a liaison for complex deployment issues with other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

• 8-12 years in technical delivery, including people management

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams in a software context

• Knowledge of data migration and SaaS operations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
