ITSM and Asset Management Leader

Join Defence Construction Canada (DCC) as an ITSM and Asset Management Leader and support continuous improvement of IT services. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing service delivery and asset lifecycle!

As a leader at DCC, you'll guide the implementation of ITSM processes while overseeing a team responsible for asset management. Your influence will shape how IT services align with best practices, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. You'll also maintain the integrity of the Configuration Management Database and lead initiatives for reporting and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize processes including Incident and Change Management

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal

• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on service delivery

• Monitor performance metrics for ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in ITSM and asset management leadership

• Knowledge of ITIL and relevant ITSM tools

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Mandatory bilingual in French and English

• Minimum eight years in a relevant role or equivalent
