The Bilingual Specialist role within CMHC’s IT Performance and Partnership team supports critical technology partner interactions. You will develop processes for managing vendors and help ensure that technology services align with organizational goals. Your strategic approach will contribute to enhancing housing affordability while building effective working relationships within the IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of technology partner contracts

• Develop procedures for technology service management

• Collaborate with teams for operational success

• Handle vendor risk management tasks

• Track vendor performance and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to technology management

• At least 5 years of experience in vendor relations

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
