This 12-month temporary full-time position places you at the heart of the Business Solutions Engineering team. You will facilitate critical Agile ceremonies, support team delivery, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers with a strong Scrum background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning and retrospectives

• Encourage team collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Identify and manage delivery impediments

• Escalate significant issues to senior Scrum Masters

• Monitor team performance KPIs and provide insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience

• Minimum of three years with Agile in IT

• Scrum certification required

• Deep understanding of Scrum practices and ceremonies

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
