ICT Student Program Assistant - Algonquin College

Make an impact as an ICT Student Program Assistant at Algonquin College’s Woodroffe Campus. This part-time role offers 6 hours of weekly student support starting September 2026.

Your main responsibility will be to assist students in both individual and group settings within the Faculty of ICT. You will collaborate with faculty members, lead workshops, and address various student issues. Other duties will be assigned to meet the needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group support for students

• Facilitate workshops to boost student learning

• Address and troubleshoot student issues

• Collaborate with faculty on applied learning

• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in Computer Systems or related IT field

• French and English bilingualism preferred

• Minimum of two years experience in ICT

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Ability to educate and support students effectively
