Senior Implementation Specialist IFS Assyst

Take on the role of Senior IFS Assyst Implementation & Integration Specialist. Your expertise will be central to enhancing IT services within a public sector environment.
We require two experienced specialists to lead the integration of ITSM solutions in a complex operational space. With a minimum of five years' experience, you will focus on configuration management and the implementation of IFS Assyst V11.3, ensuring systems work together effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and support enterprise ITSM and CMDB solutions
• Coordinate planning, testing, and documentation of IFS Assyst
• Enhance compatibility between IFS Assyst and other systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation for IT processes
• Conduct evaluations to streamline service desk operations
Requirements:
• At least five years of relevant experience in ITSM environments
• Proven track record with IFS Assyst configurations
• Strong proficiency in English communication
• Valid government security clearance necessary
• Background in data integration and software management
