User Experience Consultant

Enhance user experience and business processes as a User Experience Consultant on a contract basis in Ottawa. This hybrid/onsite role targets optimization within government workflows.

Your role includes analyzing workflow inefficiencies and recommending innovative digital solutions. The engagement spans 3-6 months, focusing on achieving measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve key business workflows systematically

• Conduct workflow assessments and process mapping

• Identify and advise on automation and modernization strategies

• Present findings and engage effectively with stakeholders

• Simplify digital workflows for better user engagement

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in user experience and business process analysis

• Experience with service design or human-centered design

• Ability to conduct thorough workflow assessments

• Must hold Reliability Security Clearance

• Experience with federal government processes is an asset
